The Oregon Startup Center (OSC) in Beaverton is proud to announce a relaunch that builds on more than 20 years of impact and reflects both a bold new direction and a deepened commitment to our community. Located on the third floor of The Beaverton Building, OSC is evolving beyond its roots in business incubation to also support early-stage nonprofit organizations - recognizing the critical role both sectors play in fostering a thriving, inclusive regional economy.
OSC now provides tailored resources to both mission-driven nonprofits and scalable startups. Entrepreneurs can access incubation services, funding networks, and strategic business support, while nonprofit founders receive guidance in governance, program development, and operational planning. This integrated approach fosters unique collaboration and shared learning between for-profit and nonprofit innovators.
Our newly renovated, 2,100-square-foot facility includes individual workstations, multiple conference rooms, and tech-enabled meeting areas - intentionally designed to promote collaboration, mentorship, and productivity.
Guiding this exciting new phase is Executive Director Jim Chi, a seasoned consultant and angel investor with a track record of helping early-stage ventures thrive. Under his leadership, OSC is positioned to grow as a regional hub for inclusive innovation.
